National Institute  is offering Certificate Course in Computer(CCIC) office automation course which is affiliated to SBTET, A.P.

• In this digital world- proficiency in office automation with usage of computers and associated software has become compulsory by the APPSC and Govt of A.P for appointments to the posts of Junior Assistants, Assistant-cum-typists, Senior Stenographers, Junior Stenographers, Typists whose service conditions are governed by Andhra Pradesh ministerial service rules 1998 and Andhra pradesh secretariat sub-ordinate service rules 1997.
• APPSC has reserved Senior Accountant posts in treasury and audit departments in Group-II for these certificate holders.
• A.P Revenue Department made office automation certificate compulsory for VRO jobs, GO MSNo 482 dt 30.10.2017. REVENUE (VA) DEPARTMENT.
• This certificate is compulsory for jobs like attenders and Junior assistants who are appointed under compassionate grounds or outstanding basis.

• Qualification for this exam is S.S.C/10th pass.
• No age limit.
• SBTET, A.P conducts office automation exam in February and august of every year.
• Exam Pattern:
• 09.30-10.30 AM - Paper1 - objective type - 50 marks
• 10.30-01.00 PM - Paper2 - Contentional type - 100 marks
• 02.00-05.00 PM - Paper3 - Practical exam - 50 marks
• Minimum marks to get the certificate is 35%.
• Student has to join the course three months earlier to the exam date.
